Scaling manufacturer: systems, enablement, and process

A specialty manufacturer roughly doubling revenue engaged SynthMind across three workstreams: a current-state assessment of their internal operations platform with a prioritized improvement roadmap, live AI enablement sessions for the executive team with a role-based playbook, and a sales process discovery producing a requirements spec for their upcoming CRM selection.

The engagement runs on a flat monthly fee with every deliverable assigned to a named internal owner. The roadmap is sequenced against their ERP timeline so nothing we recommend collides with what they're about to buy.

Global cultural institution: Claude Enterprise security review

A globally recognized cultural institution engaged SynthMind to review its Claude Enterprise configuration, with donor data protection as the core concern. The Six-Area Review ran against identity, permissions, connectors, retention, and policy.

The engagement was scoped as a pre-launch review. The audit evidence showed otherwise: the tenant was live with active users, and single sign-on was connected but not enforced, with staff signing in by magic link for a month. Findings were delivered on deadline in a document written for both IT and leadership, with open items flagged to named owners.

Commercial paving company: autonomous business development agent

A commercial paving and concrete contractor with revenue north of $30M engaged SynthMind to build a hybrid AI business development agent: autonomous outbound prospecting combined with CRM-integrated sales follow-up, sending from their executive's own inbox.

The system searched for ideal prospects daily, scored them against the company's criteria, wrote personalized outreach, and synced every touch to their CRM, with a real-time performance dashboard included. It was designed, built, and deployed on their infrastructure in under two weeks as a fixed-scope pilot. The first campaign produced replies within the first hour of launch, including warm conversations with target accounts. The client owns the system outright. That's how we build.

Phoenix Siding & Roofing: the proving ground

Phoenix is a New Jersey siding and roofing company co-owned by our founder. It's also our proving ground. Every bid Phoenix sends runs through Kraken Ops. The AI measures the plans, flags what it can't verify, and a human prices the final number. When we demo Kraken to contractors, we're showing the tool our own company bets its margin on.
